Miley Cyrus & Joan Jett Duet on 'Oprah'

Miley Cyrus and Joan Jett take the stage and perform together on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Wednesday (April 13).

The 18-year-old teen queen did a medley of the rock legend’s biggest hits including: “Bad Reputation,” “Cherry Bomb,” and “I Hate Myself.”

The Oprah episode was dedicated to the Rock Goddesses of the ’70s and ’80s and featured appearances from Stevie Nicks, Sheryl Crow, Pat Benatar, and Avril Lavigne.

Miley Cyrus really mad as she is playing as Sex doll

What’s making Miley Cyrus really mad these days? Apparently, the star is seeking legal advice after discovering a sex doll designed in her likeness is being sold.

The singer was notified that a range of blow-up dolls called 'Finally Miley' is being sold by a company called Pipedream Products.

"We are completely sold out already," Pipedream Products representative Kevin Johnson said.

"It's been on the market for less than 48 hours.

"We haven't received a ‘cease and desist’ letter from her attorneys yet, but I have seen those rumors circling online," he added.

Miley Cyrus to sue website over fake nude pics

Teen popstar Miley Cyrus is suing a website which published a naked picture, claiming that the image is hers.

Soon after a raunchy faceless image of a woman claimed to be the 'Party in the USA' hitmaker came out, people from her camp denied it and they are now "in touch with lawyers and considering action," reported People magazine online.

The blog, ZackTaylor.ca, published the image, shot in a bathroom with a phone, claiming that Cyrus had sent it to her ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and they had obtained it after her iPhone was stolen.

The blogger claimed that the photo was taken in a sexting session during her brief stay at the Westin Palace hotel following the latest MTV Video Music Awards.

Cyrus' spokesperson added that the Hannah Montana star has a tattoo reading 'Just Breathe' under her left breast, and the woman in question doesn't have it and also she is skinnier than the former Disney star.

The woman in question has the same blonde wavy hairstyle as Cyrus and also sports her signature bracelets.

Miley Cyrus to Perform at the European Music Awards

MTV announced today that Miley Cyrus will make her first appearance ever at this year's MTV EMAs, which are scheduled to take place in Madrid on November 7. The "Who Owns My Heart" songbird is nominated for awards in the Best Pop and Best Female categories.

In a press release announcing the appearance, Cyrus enthused,

And no doubt the EMAs can't wait to find out what kind of stage show Cyrus will cook up for them.

Miley Cyrus won't sue Perez for up-skirt picture

Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus and her parents will not be pressing charges against blogger Perez Hilton for the up-skirt picture he took of the teen actress, and posted on his website.

According to E! Online, a source close to the family said Cyrus, 17, just wants to move on.

“She just wants to move on,” the New York Post quoted the source as saying. “She thinks it’s the work of an idiot and wants to move forward,” the source added.

Blogger Perez Hilton had earlier posted an uncensored photo of Miley on his Twitter account, showing her in a short white dress sans underwear.

However, he later said that the photo of Hannah Montana star sans underwear was a fake.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth is on dating

Actress Miley Cyrus has finally confirmed that she is romancing Australian actor Liam Hemsworth. The couple is rumoured to have been dating since working on ‘The Last Song’ over the summer.

Will ‘Sex & The City’ Make Miley Cyrus Pregnant?

According to a study published today by the RAND Corporation, teenagers who watch TV shows containing high amounts of sexual content are more than twice as likely to be involved in a pregnancy; a fact Billy Ray Cyrus should keep in mind the next time his daughter has a sleepover with 20 year-old beau Justin Gaston.

Focusing on sex-laden programs such as Miley Cyrus’s confessed favorite show “Sex and the City,” researchers surveyed 2,000 adolescents nationwide, ages 12-17, regarding their television habits and sexual behavior. Their findings: sex on TV is a legitimate contributor to teen pregnancy.

"Adolescents receive a considerable amount of information about sex through television and that programming typically does not highlight the risks and responsibilities of sex," the study’s lead author, Anita Chandra, said today in a press release. "Our findings suggest that television may play a significant role in the high rates of teenage pregnancy in the United States."

This summer, 15 year-old Cyrus went so far as to tell TV Guide her Disney show “Hannah Montana” was in part based on “Sex and the City,” which itself is based on the urban sexual cavorting of four hedonistic old ladies.

“Obviously not the scenarios,” Miley told TV Guide in July, “but if you watch ‘Sex and the City’, like the way the friends are, the way that it’s dry and they all have distinct characters - that’s a thing we try to do on [Hannah Monatana].”

Later qualifying her remarks to the legions of conservative, middle-American parents who consume her merchandise like water, Miley explained she watches the slightly less racy TBS reruns of “Sex and the City” versus the un-edited HBO episodes.

Currently dating 20 year-old Gaston, her squeaky clean rep already tainted with leaked cell-phone snaps and expected to be worth over $1 billion by the time she’s 20, one has to wonder: If one of America’s largest and most prestigious think-tanks says Miley Cyrus is more than 50% likely to become pregnant before the age of 18, will it be so?

I think I made an impression on her; at least I hope so. I don't want to forbid her from dating because that would just make her sneak around. I'd rather have everything up front and out in the open. Miley is a really good kid, but she has to watch her step as far as boys are concerned."

An insider said that the controversy over her sexy Vanity Fair shoot has had the intended affect: to make Miley look older and more mature.

“I challenge you to show me a child star who really made the transition to adulthood smoothly,” says one source. “Miley doesn’t have plans to leave showbiz any time soon, and to get that big ‘grown-up’ part, she needs to start looking like a grownup. That shoot helped.”

The source says if Cyrus did take the part, you’d be seeing a lot more of Cyrus than what appeared in the Vanity Fair photos.

“There would definitely be nude scenes,” says the source.
